All garments are made-to-order and handcrafted individually based on the customer’s specifications.

Each piece is unique. Variations in color, texture, stitching, and finishing may occur and are part of the design and identity of the product.

Product images are provided for reference only and are non-contractual.

2. PRICES

All prices are displayed in euros (€), including applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs are included or specified at checkout.

Vehement reserves the right to modify prices at any time.

3. ORDERS

Any order placed on the website constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Sale.

Orders are final once payment has been completed.

Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours after purchase, provided that production has not started.

After this period, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

4. PRODUCTION

All items are made-to-order.

Production time is estimated between 3 to 6 weeks and may vary depending on order volume.

5. SHIPPING

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Vehement is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with applicable laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made-to-order or personalized.

No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted once production has started.

7. LIABILITY

Vehement is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the product.

In case of a defect or error, the customer must contact Vehement to find an appropriate solution.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, garments, and content are the exclusive property of Vehement.

Any reproduction or use without permission is strictly prohibited.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of French courts.
